INSTRUCTIONS
Formula 1 Shake – mix 2 tablespoons with 250 ml of water or skimmed milk. Add some fruit according to your taste. To maintain your weight, substitute one meal a day (preferably breakfast). To lose weight, replace 2 meals a day – breakfast and lunch or dinner.
Instant herbal drink - Mix ½ teaspoon (about 1.7 g) with 250 ml of hot or cold water. The instant herb drink is a refreshing drink to be enjoyed alone or with meals and contains only 6.2 calories per serving.
Herbal aloe concentrate - Mix 3 to 4 caps (15 to 20 ml) with 125 ml of water.
